“Happy November! I am proud to report that as of today our census has increased 18.87% since when we connected back in August 2019, increase of 29.90% since June 2019, 13.20% above goal!  Thank you for all of Hospice Advisors help with this!!  Our culture is understanding where we need to be and where we need to go. Its been busy but we are blessed to be serving so many people and their family in a competitive market. Record breaking month in October for admits and referrals. Our focus this month is increasing our conversion rate from referral to admission in the same month. Enjoy the month! “
