In an ever-rapidly changing health care environment, leadership development and education is vital for any hospice and health care organization. Keeping your Board, Leadership and Management educated on important matters and issues is fundamental to good leadership and management. One method to accomplish this is through the annual leadership strategy session which provides the leadership and governance team a chance to be proactive rather than reactive in having meaningful dialogue.
Hospice Advisors works with hospice, home care and other healthcare organizations to facilitate annual Strategic Thinking, Planning and Deployment sessions for leadership members. We call these strategy sessions Strategic Advancements rather than “retreats”- because we’re moving forward, not retreating! A subtle but important distinction. Our approach to facilitation is focused on creating productive dialogue and learning around key issues, challenges and opportunities facing the hospice organization.
