Join Greg Grabowski and Lacy Robinson for a seven-hour, high-energy, interactive workshop aimed at empowering attendees with the knowledge and skills necessary to establish and maintain successful partnerships with local hospice providers. This workshop seeks to enhance end-of-life care coordination and support for grieving families by fostering collaboration between these two crucial sectors. Attendees will learn hospice basics and understand the unifying values between funeral service and hospice providers that contribute to the continuum of care. Participants can expect to gain a solid understanding of creating a bridge to the hospice care community through group brainstorming sessions of practical ideas. Discover how to keep the funeral home plugged into the conversations between hospice and families by speaking the language of hospice and developing a strategy tailored to the funeral home’s needs. Participants will leave the workshop with a comprehensive understanding of the hospice landscape, enhanced communication skills, and a toolbox of strategies to build and maintain successful partnerships with local hospice providers. By fostering collaboration, funeral directors can significantly improve the end-of-life care experience for individuals and their families.
Lacy and Greg will also present an in-depth look at their newly created CRM, titled the Healthcare Relationship Management System, designed specifically for funeral providers. This innovative CRM tool focuses on efficiently tracking local hospice connections, enhancing collaboration and service delivery.
